Based in London, he is recognized for his pioneering role in building effective operating models, enhancing governance, and achieving sustainable results through developing organizational structures and leading high-performing teams. He has made pivotal contributions in the areas of enterprise development, consumer products, retail, and services, with a particular focus on translating strategic vision into actionable results.

He began his career in London in the late 1980s, holding leadership positions in sales and marketing before moving into regional and international operations, assuming senior executive roles that included general management and business leadership in multicultural markets, from Australia to Japan and then the Asia Pacific region.
