Project Overview
Allah Almighty says:
“The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day.”
[Surah At-Tawbah: 18]
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
Agreed upon.
Main Challenge
Dozens of mosques across the Gaza Strip have been completely or partially destroyed, disrupting prayers, Qur’an memorization circles, and religious and educational activities. As a result, many communities have lost the spiritual centers that once brought people together for worship, learning, and solidarity.
Today, there is an urgent need to restore and rebuild these mosques so that the houses of Allah may once again be filled with worshippers, serve as beacons of the Qur’an, and resume their vital role in nurturing individuals and serving their communities
